New PRICE for Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer  (February 2010)) BD&P still offers APTEA members a "flat rate" fee of $300.00 for an initial one hour consultation. Each APTEA member is responsible for their own legal fees. Fees thereafter will be negotiated individually based on your particular case and the lawyer that may handle it.
